Diedre Reese

Diedre T. Reese, age 68, of Old Fort, North Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 07, 2016 at Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital in Asheville, following a brief illness.  The daughter of the late Gene and Kathleen Moore Thomlison, she was born in Buncombe County, North Carolina on June 06, 1948.

Diedre, who enjoyed life in general; and being around her family and friends, was preceded in death by her husband, John Reese, who passed away in 2003.

She is survived by one son, Eric Shane Reese; one granddaughter, Madison Sehion; one sister, Dianne Hart (Eddie); one sister-in-law, Mary Garrison; two nieces, Ashley Garrison and Amy Hoover; and two nephews, Robert and Chris Waver. 

A celebration of Mrs. Reese's life will be held on Friday, December 02, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain.
