Deborah Jean Reece King

Deborah Jean Reece King, born on November 16, 1959, in Keokuk, Iowa, to Donald Reece and Vivian Jairl Reece, passed away suddenly on August 20, 2024, at her home in Marshall, Texas. She was formerly of Marion, North Carolina.

After graduating from high school, Deborah embarked on a diverse career, finding her most fulfilling role as a foreman in the manufacturing industry. Her dedication to her work was only matched by her love for cooking. She enjoyed sharing whatever she cooked with her family and friends. Deborah also had a passion for gardening and devoted much of her time to nurturing her plants. Her beloved cat, Toby, was a constant companion, and she never tired of showering him with affection.

Deborah’s memory will be cherished by her sons, Ashley King and Casey King; her sister, Vicki Reece Martinez; her brother Scott Reece and all those who knew and loved her, including other relatives and friends. She will be missed deeply by all who were blessed to have her in their life.
