Debbie Marlowe

On the night of Sunday, September 10, 2017, Miss Debbie Marlowe, age 54, following a period of declining health, passed away at her residence in Old Fort.  A native of McDowell County, North Carolina, born September 01, 1963, she was the daughter of Betty Allison Marlowe of Old Fort and the late Glenn E. Marlowe, Sr.

Debbie enjoyed working in the yard and with her flowers.  She had a love for cats. 

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Marlowe, Jr.; paternal grandmother, Maude Marlowe (Maw Maw); maternal grandmother, Katherine Jones (Grand mama); and her feline friends, Miss Kitty, Miss Kitty Blue, Skeeter, Muffin and Chenlee.

Left to cherish her memories, in addition to her mother, one brother, Eric Marlowe of Marion; one niece; and her loving cat, Darling Mickey.
