David Eugene Vick

Mr. David Eugene Vick, age 49, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Burke Hospice and Palliative Care.

He was born on July 26, 1971 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Robert Eugene Vick, Sr. and Joy Dine Vick.

David was the owner and operator of a restaurant hood cleaning business. He loved tinkering with cars and was an avid NASCAR fan. David, who had a passion for all kinds of animals, will be especially missed by his feline companion, Precious.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Susan Bennett Vick; one child, Ashley Vick Quinones; two siblings, Robert E. Vick, Jr. and wife Debbie and Diana Lynn Harris and husband Jack; and numerous nieces and nephews.

At this time, no services are planned due to COVID-19; however, a memorial service will be held in the future.
