Danny Fortune

Danny Fortune, age 71, of the Dysartsville Community, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at his residence.  Born in Burke County, North Carolina on August 31, 1945, he was the son of the late Kent and Eloise Dorothy Franklin Fortune. 

In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne Fortune; and one granddaughter, Kasey Lister.

He is survived by one son, Chris Fortune; two daughters, Buffy Lister (Ken) and Amanda Fortune; two grandsons, Dakota Lister and Dawson Fortune.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Victory Temple Full Gospel Church Cemetery in Nebo, with Rev. Pete McComb officiating.
