Daisy Irene Rojas

In the early morning hours of Sunday, June 2, 2019, Daisy Irene Rojas, age 59 of Marion, North Carolina, passed away at Mission Hospital-McDowell.   Born in McDowell County on December 3, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Rosa Flynn Parker. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded death by several brothers and sisters.

Daisy was an avid gardener and more than anything, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, David Rojas Salas; four children, Tonya Maines, Crystal Parker (Chris), Ivy Pesina (Juan) and Sarah Ritchey; numerous nieces and nephews; and her fur baby, “Rosie”.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
