Christine Prince

Christine Lewin Prince, age 80, of Nebo, North Carolina, passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills Inpatient Unit in Forest City.  Born in Essex County, England on March, 5, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Florence Ager Lewin.  She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Ryan A. Prince (July 15, 2017).

A member of Westminster Baptist Church, Christine had worked as a bank teller at Asheville Savings Bank in Marion.  She loved helping those in need.

Those left to cherish Christine’s memories are her loving husband of 61 years, Jack Thomas Prince; one son, Andrew Prince; and two great granddaughters, Cameron Prince and Carson Marie Prince. 

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 23, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service & Crematory in Marion.  A celebration of her life will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service.
