Chase Bauguess

Chase Bauguess, age 22, of Nebo, North Carolina passed away at Carolinas Healthcare-Blue Ridge. He was born in Buncombe County on August 29, 1999 to Karen Whitson Morrow.

Chase was a loving son, who enjoyed watching wresting, fishing and playing putt-putt. He had a joking sense of humor and loved everyone. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, but mostly he loved spending time with his family.

Chase is survived by his mother, Karen Morrow (Jimmy Newton); twin sister, Samantha Bauguess (Bryson Ballard); brother, Chris Bauguess (India Fox); three nieces, Neveah Bauguess, Autumn Fox and Summer Fox and his maternal grandparents, Wayne and Glenda Whitson.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service with Dr. Tom Walker and Brother Randy Whitson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Hughes Cemetery in Burnsville, North Carolina.
