Charles Larry Hollifield

Mr. Charles Larry Hollifield, age 61, passed away on, Tuesday July 20, 2021, at Memorial Campus in Asheville, North Carolina. He was born to the late Pless and Elma Williams Hollifield, on November 23, 1959, in McDowell County, North Carolina.

Charles served as an elder at Clinchfield Presbyterian Church, in Marion. He was known as a kind man who loved the Lord and his family.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 41 years, Michele McNeil Hollifield; one sister, Margie Cruz (Fortnato); one brother, William Hollifield and his mother-in-law, Ann Stone.

A celebration of life will be held, Friday, July 23, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service, with the Reverend Laura Long officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from, 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. The interment will be held at McDowell Memorial Park immediately following the service.
