Charles Emmer Biddix

 Charles Emmer Biddix, 66, of Marion, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, at Deer Park Health and Rehabilitation in Nebo.

 Charles was born in McDowell County, NC, on August 9, 1957, to the late Garland Biddix and Elizabeth Medford Biddix. He was a classic car enthusiast and enjoyed watching wrestling. He liked hanging out with his friends and his beloved dog. Most of all, Charles loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. 

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Ann Biddix Surratt. 

 He is survived by a son, Charles Lee Biddix (Crystal); six sisters, Sadie, Claire, Agnes, Linda, Diane, and Rosalie; five grandchildren, Jordan Surratt, Cameron Surratt, Christin Biddix, Madison Gonzales, and Gabriel Gonzales; five great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

 The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Beam Funeral Service. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
