Cecil Roy Frisbee

Cecil Roy Frisbee, age 81, of Marion, North Carolina, departed to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Autumn Care of Marion.  A native of McDowell County, North Carolina, he was born on March 08, 1939 and was the son of the late Roy and Della Mae Frisbee.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Christine Frisbee; second wife, Francis Frisbee; one sister, Ruby Setzer; and one brother, Rev. Kenneth Frisbee.

A member of Rocky Pass Free Will Baptist Church, Cecil enjoyed teaching Sunday school, especially at local nursing homes. 

He is survived by one son, Danny Frisbee (Lisa); two brothers, Bruce Frisbee (Doris) and Bobby Frisbee (Naomi); three sisters, Sandra McKinney (Robert), Ruth Edwards, and Betty Jo Hawkins; one grandson Chandler Frisbee (Nicole); and one great grandson, Parker Frisbee on the way. 

A private graveside service will be held at Rocky Pass Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
