Brooke Mashay Tollie

Brooke Mashay Tollie, age 24, of Marion, North Carolina was a native of Mitchell County and was born on August 9, 1994 to the late Frankie and Brandy Grindstaff Tollie.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, Ariel Tollie.

Brooke loved being with her son and taking walks, going swimming and doing crafts. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Brooke is survived by her maternal grandparents, Joe and Debra Grindstaff; maternal great-grandfather, Robert Grindstaff; paternal grandparents, Eddie Tollie (Mildred), Mary Tollie; step-father, Marty Willis; one son, Jaden Ryder Cordell and fiancée, Jacob Cordell. Also surviving Brooke are one sister, Savannah Tollie; one brother, Dylan Grindstaff; uncle, Tim Swann and her best friend, Courtney Riddle.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will take place on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service with Reverend Bruce Ward officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
