Brandon John Sanders

Brandon John Sanders, 29, of Marion, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.

Brandon was born in McDowell County on October 8, 1993 to Barry Lee Sanders, Sr., and Amy Martin Spencer. He was known for his smile which could light up a room and the way he could make everyone laugh. Brandon enjoyed fishing and had a hat fetish. He was a dedicated employee at Morganton Pressure Vessel. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by all that loved and knew him.

Preceding him in death is a brother, Bradley Scott Martin.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Amy Martin Spencer (Brandon); his father Barry Lee Sanders, Sr.; biological father, Marty Willis (Tabitha); maternal grandmother, Sandra Merola (Joseph); a daughter, Brooklynn Sanders, his fiancé, Emily Morris and siblings, Alex Sanders (Emily), Taylor Sanders Hollifield (Cody), Austin Willis, Honsetie Willis and Diezel Willis.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Rev. Daniel McMahan officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at West Court Cemetery.
