Beverly Ann Watson

Beverly Ann Watson, 47, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away Monday, June 12, 2023 unexpectedly at her home.

A native of Marion, she was born January 7, 1976 to Bea Bailey Watson Whisenant and the late Robert L. Watson. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Shook, and a brother, Dan Watson.

Beverly was a graduate of McDowell High School. She loved cats and was an avid music lover. She was especially a fan of Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson. Most of all, Beverly will be remembered for her love and her exceptional sense of humor. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In addition to her mother, Bea Whisenant, she is survived by her brother, Richard “Dale” Watson and numerous cousins and nephews.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
