Beverly Roland Baker

Beverly Elaine Roland Baker, 68, of Nebo, N.C. passed away at her residence on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Beverly was born in Marion, N.C. on May 18, 1954 to the late Carl Ervin Roland and Lillian Wyatt Roland.

Beverly was a very loving mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed cooking and reading but mostly she loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory are a son, Jeremy Baker and his fiance’ Samantha; sisters Linda Rhyne and Judy Edwards; brothers, Dennis Roland (Barbara), Jerry Roland and John Roland; three grandchildren, Jacob Baker, Isaac Baker and Isaac Poplin.

A funeral will take place in the chapel of Beam Funeral Service on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. with the Rev. Dean Owenby officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Interment will take place at McDowell Memorial Park following the service.
