Andrew Steve Freeman

Andrew Steve Freeman, 24, of Rutherfordton, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022.

Andrew was born on October 26, 1998 in McDowell County to Darrell Steve Freeman and Jaime Kathrine White Freeman. He was currently employed at The Marion Correctional Institution. Andrew enjoyed fishing, working on old cars, making jokes and pulling for the Green Bay Packers. He was also known as an avid gamer. He loved his fur babies, Midnight, Lucy and Copper.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Brandon Mac Freeman and his paternal grandparents, Steve and Loretta Freeman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his, parents, Jaime and Darrell Freeman; sister Gabriel Freeman; brother, Dustin Freeman; girlfriend, Lurah Lowery; niece, Thea Freeman; nephew, Drew Freeman and maternal grandparents, Wayne and Janet White.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Beam Funeral Service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 until 3:00 pm. Interment will follow the service.
